Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Resource Mobilization Officer located in Lagos.
The Resource Mobilization Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing funding opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, writing proposals and grant applications, and managing fundraising campaigns.
Additionally, the Resource Mobilization Officer will track and report on funding sources and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
Qualifications
Experience in identifying and securing funding opportunities, and developing donor and partner relationships
Proven skills in proposal writing, grant application, and fundraising campaign management
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with the social entreprise, impact investment sector and funding environment is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or related field
