The Bidder is required to include details of three business references; this should include the name, company, and relationship to the bidder, email address, and / or phone number for each reference.
EYN Projects reserves the right to visit the place of business of a prospective supplier to verify that it is a legal business entity and has the necessary organizational and management competence to fulfill the necessary responsibilities.
All Bidders must provide proof of registration and tax. Attach CAC certificate and TIN when sending quotation.
All transportation and handling charges if any should be incorporated into vendor’s quoted unit price.

The EYN projects estimate that the rehabilitation will be delivered within a period of 714 days. The selected bidder(s) should have the capacity to provide the services needed by EYN projects within the aforementioned timeframe. The consumption range provided is an estimate, and EYN projects reserves the right to consume above or below this range, or to order partial Items, and the selected bidder(s) shall deliver accordingly. The selected bidder(s) must deliver the services according to the provided timeline.

Construct a water collection point 2.5 X 3.0 X 1m, (LxBxH) plastered completely and install 2nos 1 1/4 “GI outlet and a purpose made hanger for the flexible horse tobe hung. Also supply and install a 5m length 1 1/2″flexible horse. Note: the concrete platform for the water collection point should be compacted in layers of 0.15m laterite soil, boulders with 6″ concrete thickness (1:3:6, aggregate (2″ granite)), sloping at least 0.1m. lay one course of 9″ blocks at the two sides and install two (2) purpose made hangers and plaster accordingly. The mansory stand for water outlets is 1m height.
