We are seeking a dynamic Solar Sales Officer to collaborate with the Sales Manager and the SME/Sales Department in meeting sales objectives, cultivating and converting leads, driving revenue growth, recruiting and retaining agents, and minimizing agent turnover. Compiling comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports forms a key part of this role.

Conduct comprehensive market and product research to identify industry trends, assess competitive landscapes, and evaluate customer needs to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.

Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit assessments, gather marketing intelligence, and perform competitive and needs analyses to identify and meet the requirements of both current and prospective customers.

The role involves traveling to meet existing and prospective customers to assess their requirements and introduce new offerings from the Winock solar product line.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate reconciliation of stock and supplied products.

Prepare market insights by analyzing the requirements of current and prospective customers, as well as evaluating the extent of completed research.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, driving successful sales outcomes.

Proficient in computer applications, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrates strong self-direction and the capacity to perform tasks effectively with minimal oversight.

Proficient in a range of sales methodologies and strategies.
