Reliability Engineer Shutdown Discipline Coordinator – Electrical

Job Purpose/ Objectives

Support scheduled reviews of maintenance strategies to deliver optimized pool of maintenance plans for ensuring integrity & reliability over the facility lifecycle and drive implementation in CMMS, PTM, Operator Field Advisor etc. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through deployment of required LEAN tools to boost overall plant productivity. 

Main Accountabilities 

Support implementation of approved maintenance strategies in CMMS and other execution work processes e.g. PTM for condition monitoring tasks, Field Advisor for Operator tasks, etc.  
Support to drive review/update of relevant care strategies for new/emerging failure modes based on site operational experiences. 
Prepare and maintain Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) standards for discipline equipment to support reliability analysis and improvement programs and prevent /mitigate potential threats to equipment failure and plant outage.   4. Support to monitor availability of work instructions to ensure safe & quality execution of maintenance work in line with approved maintenance strategies, and highlight gap(s) if any, as well as drive closeout with relevant stakeholders.
Support the Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) database administration/super-user to ensure review & update of the RCM database according to the RCM living program and support secretarial activities for RCM workshop/studies as well as Equipment Criticality Classification workshops  

Job Requirements 

Education B.Eng./B.Sc. degree in appropriate related engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation or reliability). 
Experience Minimum of 3 – 5 years working experience out of which minimum of 2 years’ experience in required function (or similar job) in Oil & Gas Industry.
