We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our Retail Banking team.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services
Provide overall leadership and continually enhance team performance in various areas to achieve quality customer service delivery.
Drive business growth and achieve set revenue, quality risks assets and deposit mobilization targets through effective relationship management.
Customer acquisition
Proper onboarding of new customer, (funding account, linking of ATM card and onboard on Mobile Application)
Developing new relationships and managing existing ones
Daily engagement with customers for deposit mobilization
Salary accounts acquisition
Booking of quality loans
POS terminal deployment and driving of collection.
Relationship management with all customers of the Bank
Delivery of excellent customer services to customers
Preparation of weekly and monthly performance review documents
Responsible for managing the team members (Account officers and DSA)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Proven experience in commercial banking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
Confidence and proficiency in personal banking operations
Proven track record of successful client relationship management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
