Key Responsibilities

Credit Solutions: Assess the financial needs of businesses and provide customized credit solutions to meet their requirements. Monitor and manage credit portfolio, ensuring timely collections and minimal delinquencies.
Onboarding Businesses: Identify and target potential business clients for Earnipay’s business management platform. Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to our platform.
Relationship Management: foster and sustain robust relationships with existing clients and proactively identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell additional services and products.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments such as product, marketing, and customer success to ensure a unified and comprehensive approach to client management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of new relationships established within the target demographic.
Client engagement levels and satisfaction scores.
Revenue growth from acquired relationships.
Retention rates of onboarded clients.
Feedback integration to improve services and strategies

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years in sales, relationship management, or client-facing roles, preferably within the banking or fintech sector.
Network: Established connections at ABO-BO levels in banks will be highly advantageous.
Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Analytical mindset to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
