Market and sell bank’s products; recruit clients, register and maintain corporate/deposit (overdraft) accounts. Engage in growing deposit portfolio, and mobilise cash as a boost to liquidity ratio. Implement in full, a retail banking system, which includes the sale of POS, ATM cards and other e-transactions with a view to optimize profitability for the bank.
Marketing and sales of the bank’s deposit products and driving market expansion and fund mobilization within the area of coverage
Source for new and maintain existing deposit clients through effective client relations and ensure daily accounts opening
Grow the deposit portfolio at a pre-determined percentage
Source for new and maintain existing corporate accounts for Overdraft facilities
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients
Ensure deposit mobilization and client recruitment is achieved at a minimal cost in order to maximize profit
Ensure that the term deposit account opening form is duly completed and registered
Liaise with Branch Supervisors to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator and also protect the interest of both the depositors and the bank
Drive sales of Point Of Sale (POS) devices/services and ATM Cards
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor
