Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our products and services
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
Collaborate with the Team members to develop and implement business development strategies.
Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Track sales performance and provide status reports on prospects, commitments, and executed transactions 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing and business development 
Sales & Marketing experience in the Financial Services Industry is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and sales skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Client satisfaction and repeat business
Revenue growth and new business acquisition.
