Qualification: Candidate should possess a good honours degree in Humanities, Law, Social Sciences or Management Sciences with at least 15 years post-qualification experience out of which a minimum of 5 years must have been spent in a position of not less than Deputy Registrar in a University and/or other equivalent Tertiary educational institutions. The possession of higher degrees will be an advantage. The candidate must be a goal-getter, be able to show drive, exceptional initiative and great ability. In addition, the candidate shall be a person of impeccable integrity and strong moral character with the ability to relate excellently with staff, students and the general public. He/She must also possess sound leadership skills, ability to instill confidence and trust in his/her staff and must be conversant with the intricacies and peculiarities of the university system.
