Requirements
A Ph.D. with a minimum of five years experience or Master’s degree with a minimum of seven years experience or a good Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of ten years experience in University management and administration.
A diploma in Administration or Law is an advantage.
The candidate must be a person with high degree of integrity and moral discipline as well as endowed with strength of character and determination, imagination, creativity and innovation potentials.
