Job Description

Maintain and regularly update the registrar/academic information page on the College website.
Perform other functions pertaining to the Office of the Registrar, or assigned by the College Board, Provost.
Serve as the secretary of the college; issue notices of college meetings and keep the minutes and record thereon.
Recruitment/appointment of junior/contract staff – with board approval; provide written job description and capacity building – where the need arises; see to their welfare; discipline erring staff (junior/contract), and process their retirement/exit.
Oversee the activity of the school receptionist/typist ensuring that a welcoming environment for prospective students/parents is created through: respond to telephone and email correspondence in a timely and courteous manner; correct handling of the school social space through the provision of accurate, relevant and up-to-date information.
