Oversee and execute critical operational tasks to ensure seamless business processes, including managing day-to-day activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives. Duties involve monitoring performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and driving efficiency through data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with leadership to align goals, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs are essential for success in this position.
Accurately review prescriptions and deliver patient counseling to guarantee the safe and effective use of medications.
Redesign and oversee the pharmacy’s floor plan to facilitate quick and accurate identification of medications and sundries.
Manage inventory flow to mitigate risks such as product spoilage, stock outs, and expiration.
Spearhead the strategic marketing and execution of comprehensive pharmacy services, with a particular emphasis on delivering rapid health assessments.
Drive revenue expansion, enhance category performance, and boost branch profitability by implementing innovative strategies and initiatives centered on customer needs.
To remain informed about emerging trends and innovations in the healthcare industry, actively engage in ongoing education and collaborative professional networks.
Maintain strict adherence to all applicable regulatory, legal, and professional practice standards to ensure full compliance across all operations.
Requirements
Obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy is essential for this role.
Holds a current, active license to practice pharmacy in the designated jurisdiction.
Proficient in utilizing MS Office applications and pharmacy information systems.
Strong interpersonal abilities, unwavering professional ethics, and a commitment to patient-focused care are essential qualities for this role.
