Job Summary
The Pharmacist oversees daily clinical and retail pharmacy operations while ensuring exceptional patient care and delivering outstanding customer service.

Ensure precise medication dispensing in strict adherence to prescribed orders and applicable regulatory standards.
Deliver expert clinical counseling to patients concerning medication management, potential side effects, and overall health and wellness.
Oversee the efficient operation and enhancement of retail pharmacy systems, with a focus on promoting and maintaining optimal inventory levels for wellness products and cosmetics.
Provide outstanding customer service to cultivate and sustain meaningful patient connections within the local community.
Employ digital and social media channels strategically to amplify the pharmacy’s online presence and foster greater understanding of health-related topics within the community.
Oversee inventory levels, verify appropriate storage of pharmaceutical products, and uphold precise documentation.
Requirements
A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Harm.D) degree is required for this position.
Possession of a current, valid pharmacist license in good standing is required.
Professional experience in a community pharmacy environment is highly desirable.
Clinical expertise, paired with outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, is essential.
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and the capacity to operate autonomously with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in the wellness industry, including cosmetics and retail pharmacy operations, is highly desirable.
Proficient digital skills and a strong grasp of social media platforms are beneficial.
Proximity to the pharmacy’s location is strongly favored.
