Registered Pharmacist

Core Responsibilities
Dispensing Medications:

Accurately filling and dispensing prescriptions.
Ensuring medications are stored and handled properly.

Patient Counseling and Education:

Providing information about medications, including dosage, administration, potential side effects, and interactions.
Answering patient questions and addressing concerns.
Educating patients on proper medication use and storage.

Collaboration with Healthcare Providers:

Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication use.
Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.

Quality Control and Safety:

Ensuring the quality and safety of medications.
Monitoring for medication errors and adverse events.
Participating in medication safety initiatives.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

Maintaining accurate patient records, including medication profiles and dispensing records.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Other Responsibilities:

Managing inventory of medications and supplies.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as answering phones and processing insurance claims.
Overseeing and training pharmacy technicians and interns.
Administering vaccinations (depending on the scope of practice).

Requirements

The candidates should possess a B.Pharm Degree with 7 years work experience.
