Regional Sales Manager (North East)

Job Responsibilities

Creating sales plan weekly and monthly based on the annual sales target, aligning with the HOS before cascading to the KDs within the North East region.
Review with the KDs during trade visits and track to ensure that the KDs and supervisors are updated on a daily /weekly basis. As such achieve or exceed the sales volumes/values goal and targets.
Increase /expand the channels through which our products travel to the consumers.
Train and retrain the sales team to understand, execute and deliver on the top and bottom-line objectives thereby minimizing cost and maximizing profit for the business.
Educate and direct customers on current marketing activities in the business e.g Promotions, Market intelligent (price matrix), competitors’ activities etc.
Assist marketing /Trade Marketing in planning trade promotions that will suit our regional peculiarity.

Requirements

Must have a B.Sc, having MBA is an added advantage
15 years cumulative sales experience within the FMCG sector handling Business Categories which includes but not limited to; Home Care, Personal Care, Skin Care, Pharmaceutical Brands, Foods and Dairies from Multinationals.
