Job Responsibilities
Driving sales (through direct, indirect & cross-selling activities) of pharmaceutical & medical diagnostics products and services to meet agreed targets
Ability to identify trends, opportunities and challenges to such sales, design & implement strategies & plans to meet same.
Supervision and development of sales & business development teams,
Experience in developing and responding to bids, RFPs & RFQs etc.
Requirements
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development within the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Diagnostics sectors
Experience in leading sales/business development teams (they will eventually have Sales Executives reporting to them).
Should be Medical Lab. Scientists, Pharmacists, or have similar educational and/or professional background.
