We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the Owerri region.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives in the Owerri region
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and business partners
Promote and sell the company’s products, ensuring growth and market penetration
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
Familiarity with the Owerri market
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software
