Regional Operations Manager

Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Develop and continuously refine operational strategies to maximize e3iciency, enhance customer experiences, and drive profitability across all brands.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Independently identify opportunities for improvement and implement viable solutions to operational challenges.
Innovation: Conceptualize and execute new ideas that propel growth, managing projects from inception to completion without constant supervision.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess store performance using KPIs such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, sta3 productivity, and cost e3iciency.
Customer Experience: Establish high service standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and leverage feedback for continuous improvement.
Team Development: Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership among sta3.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, Competent with Profit & Loss statements, ability to collaborate with finance and supply chain teams for accurate forecasting and implement cost control measures.
Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with food safety regulations, health standards, and labor laws through regular audits and coordination with relevant departments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and other departments to align operations with broader company goals.
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management and business continuity plans to address potential operational disruptions and maintain stability during crises.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in operations management, preferably within the FMCG, Banking, Food and Beverage Industry.
Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability in operational strategy, process improvement, and independent project management.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in interpreting operational data to make informed decisions.
Leadership Qualities: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams through e3ective communication.
Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven with an aptitude for proactive decision-making, problem-solving, and innovation.
Integrity and Ownership: Exhibits a strong sense of responsibility, treating the company with care and dedication as if it were their own
