Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for the overall leadership and effective growth of branches under their regions.
They shall also formulate strategies and aggressively branches to effectively grow the market share and profitability in the retail / commercial banking sector.
Requirements
Minimum of 12 years relevant experience in Banking with at least 4 years on Regional Management role in retail / commercial banking based market.
First Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Relevant professional certifications in banking such as ACIB, AMNIM, AcA etc is an added advantage.
Good understanding of policies and procedures, core business processes, industry knowledge, audit and fiscal analysis Basic banking operations (domestic and international operations).
Knowledge and understanding of financial products regulations and the legal aspects of banking.
Business focused with good all-round knowledge of strategy, marketing, sales, training and people management.
Excellent people leadership, motivation and communication skills including the ability to engage, inspire and influence others
