Regional Manager

Job Description The successful Candidate will:

Coordinate the Company’s affairs in Port-Harcourt
Ensure efficient daily operations
Expand the Company’s business in the region and its environs
Evaluate loan proposals & Administer procedures for disbursement of loans
Recover debts from clients
Ensure compliance to internal policies and external regulations
Prepare Monthly activity report
Market Corporate organizations and Individuals (Finance lease, operating lease, trade finance and other products of the group)
Process loans and lease facilities
Monitor and control of credit transactions
Prepare monthly lease portfolio
Prepare monthly Trade finance portfolio
Prepare share security portfolio
Maintain Insurance portfolio

Job Requirements

A University degree, HND or its equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business or Accounting
A minimum of 5 years’ credit scoring systems experience
Knowledge of credit rating and assessment – are these the only technical skills required?
Emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and team building skills
Excellent negotiation, organizational and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Resident and has resided in Port-Harcourt for a minimum of 5 years
Conversant with the Port-Harcourt business terrain
Effective communication (both written and oral) skills.
