Regional Business Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Regional Business Manager to oversee and drive business operations across multiple outlets in the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met, optimizing store performance, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement local sales strategies in line with company goals.
Monitor and analyze market trends to adjust business strategies.
Supervise store teams, including Business Managers, Sales Associates, and other staff.
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and sales reporting.
Maintain financial discipline, including daily banking operations and reconciliation.
Drive customer engagement initiatives and ensure a high level of service delivery.
Work closely with senior management to align regional operations with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, sales, and financial management skills.
Experience in retail operations, customer service, or sales management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management tools.
Ability to travel and oversee multiple store locations.
