Overview:
We are looking for a recruitment specialist within the Fintech industry who will be responsible for identifying, attracting and evaluating top talents for open positions within Busha. Your day-to-day role will involve posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and managing candidate communication throughout the process to meet Busha’s staffing requirement
Responsibilities:
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for various roles
Onboarding new hires and assisting with orientation
Track hiring metrics including time to fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
Processing hiring paperwork and maintaining employee records
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
The ideal employee must have
3+ years of relevant working experience in the Fintech industry.
Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or talent acquisition specialist
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Familiarity with Applicant tracking systems
Experience in using LinkedIn talent solutions to proactively source candidates
Proficiency with social media, CV Databases, and professional networks
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Nice to Have
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of the Crypto industry
