Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Coordinate the entire hiring process, from candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update a database of potential candidates and job opportunities.
Provide market insights and consultative recruitment advice to clients.
Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
A proactive and target-driven approach to recruitment.
