Recruitment Associate

Salary: 120,000 – 150,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team in Ikeja. This onsite role will support the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Account Managers to provide high-quality talent solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing effective recruitment strategies across diverse industries.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews.
Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and keep records updated.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments.
Prepare detailed candidate profiles for client presentations.
Assist in offer management and placement processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional recruitment experience.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with various candidate sourcing techniques and channels.

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting across multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology).
Knowledge of the Nigerian job market and current employment trends.
Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies.
Experience in conducting competency-based interviews.
