Recruiting Intern/Front Desk

Key results for our Recruiting Interns include:

Source, recruit and qualify candidates against assigned job descriptions; Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate and schedule department interviews
Facilitate the onboarding process of candidates for our new hire orientation
Participate in the evaluation and modification of current recruiting processes to improve efficiency
Provide administrative and logistical support for our high-volume Corporate Recruiting Team

Qualifications

College graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited college
Basic/​Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook experience
Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
Must be available to work at our Lekki office 25+​ hours/​week
