Recruiter Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at an outsourcing firm. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to identify, attract, and hire top talent for our client outsourcing projects.
This role requires a strong ability to source candidates, engage with potential hires, and ensure the recruitment process aligns with client needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing for the right candidates.
Client Collaboration.
Job Posting for recruitment.
Screening & Interviewing.
Manage job offers, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and extend offers to selected candidates.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into client teams.
Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress to internal clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification.
At least 2-4 years of experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within an outsourcing firm.

Skill:

Strong interpersonal and communication
familiarity with different recruitment methods
Ability to assess both technical and soft skills during candidate interviews.
