The Recruiter will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries. This position requires a keen understanding of recruitment processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop customized hiring strategies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the recruitment process.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to identify qualified candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability.
Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing detailed feedback to both parties.
Assist in negotiating job offers, salary expectations, and employment terms.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to provide insights to clients.
Recommend innovative hiring solutions to address talent gaps.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, clients, and recruitment activities using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment progress to internal and client stakeholders documents.
Person Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within an HR consulting or recruitment agency setting.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with various industries and roles is a plus.
Results-oriented and motivated by achieving targets.
Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Adaptable to changing priorities and client requirements.
A team player with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
