Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and to manage administrative and clerical duties.
You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.
Direct visitors to the appropriate office
Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.

Requirements

Proficient with Microsoft office
Customer service attitude
Professional attitude and appearance
Excellent organization skills
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Solid Written and verbal communication
Minimum Qualification: SSCE
Candidate must live within Ogudu, Ojota or Ketu.
