Receptionist / Front Desk Officer Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area, provide excellent customer service, and support school operations. The ideal candidate must be organized, professional, and have good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for parents, and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional reception.
Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
Handle inquiries, provide school-related information, and assist visitors.
Manage correspondence, maintain records, and update school databases.
Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and data entry.
Distribute notices, newsletters, and other communication materials to parents and staff.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support other administrative and school-related duties as required.

Job Requirements

Minimum of BSc in Administration, Communication, or a related field is an advantage.
3-5 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role (experience in a school setting is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
Must reside within or around Kubwa, FCT.
