Receptionist

Responsibilities

Greeting visitors: Welcome visitors to the office and direct them to the correct person or office 
Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
Support the office manager and administrative assistants
Answering phones: Answer and make phone calls for office and clients
