Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and reception area
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel
Greet clients and visitors, and provide them with a positive and professional experience
Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset
1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a related role
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
