The Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agents major duties will be to generate leads, close sales and lease deals, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves building client relationships, market analysis, promoting properties, and utilizing digital tools.
Requirements
BSc/HND in Marketing or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of significant post-NYSC work experience in sales.
Proven ability to close Real estate sales or lease deals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of English, with strong writing skills.
Confident presentation skills: not camera-shy.
Knowledge of Lagos (especially the Island) and local market trends.
Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license.
