Real Estate Marketer

Job Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing team.
In this role, the ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties / real estate products, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
The primary goal will be to generate leads, attract potential buyers, and close sales transactions successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings.
Monitor social media platforms and online advertising campaigns to generate leads.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Organize and participate in property events and exhibitions.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties effectively
Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to maximize outreach and lead generation.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

Generate qualified leads through various channels, including online advertising, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

Engage in effective sales negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes and secure sales contracts.

Requirements

Candidates should possess HND or B.Sc qualifications in Marketing or other related courses, with 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
