Academic/Professional Qualification
Prospective candidates must possess a minimum of Second Class lower division Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized institution.
In addition, Candidates must have a minimum of Three (3) years post-qualification experience and must be duly registered member of the Quantity Surveying Regulation Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) or Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyor (NIQS).
Condition of Service
The Conditions of Service are attractive and can compare favourably with what obtains in any public University in the Country.
The successful candidates who qualify for pensionable appointment will be on probation for three (3) years after which the appointment may be confirmed to a retiring age, provided the performance of such person is considered satisfactory to the University.
The Contributory Pension Scheme as adopted by the State Government and appropriate allowance as may be approved from time to time by the University Governing Council shall be applicable to all staff
