Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field
Professional certification from either the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS) or the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN)
4-6 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying and site supervision
Responsibilities
Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
Interpretation of architectural and engineering drawings
Supervision of construction work sites and projects
Cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management
Contract administration and dispute resolution
Collaboration with architects, engineers, and contractors
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Communication with relevant vendors per project.
