Role Description
This is a contract Quantity Surveyor role located on-site in Lagos. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks such as cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting in construction projects.
Qualifications
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
Experience in BOQ preparation and cost planning
Ability to analyze and interpret data accurately
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus
