Job Overview
Coordinates all Quality, Food Safety and Environmental activities in the factory.
Develop and implement appropriate procedures in line with the Company, statutory and regulatory requirements, ISO standards to ensure all products meet stipulated quality and food safety standards and are produced and stored under conditions that make them fit for human consumption.
Role Responsibilities
Enforcement of environmental compliance requirement standards & regulatory statutory measures
Supervise proper functioning of all Laboratory equipment’s, water treatment plant and effluent discharge
Supervise quality improvement initiatives to achieve effective operations.
Monitor and control quality assurance testing for raw materials and packaging materials.
Process inspection, materials and finished goods inspection.
Ensure proper GMP, GHK of work environment.
Implenment effective consumer complaints reduction.
In alignment with customer care, handle consumer complaints in a proactive and efficient manner, that ensures the complainant’s satisfaction.
Ensure effective implementation of HACCP, FSMS and Microbiological monitory programs
Drive continuous improvement across Qualityprocess.
Qualifications/Experience required
HND or BSC. In Food Sciences, or Applied Sciences
At least 5years experience in FCMG, preferably in Water Production
Skills/Attributes required:
Strong understanding of Purchasing principles and processes
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
Highly organized
Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
