Job description

Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance
Verify of coolers and freezer room temperature for compliance
Perform environmental swabs and microbiological sampling, take food samples for submittal to laboratory for analysis.
Obtain Chef Table samples to verify compliance to specification.
Assist in specific training and daily initiatives addressing quality, food safety, and sanitation issues to drive process improvements.
Conduct workstation inspections to verify compliance (gold standard and portion control weight verification, specs, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation)
Verify Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis.
And any other job that might be assigned by line manager due to exigencies of duty.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
B.Sc / HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or Laboratory Science or equivalent knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of HACCP and hygiene policies.
Strong people and process management skills.
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Excellent skills at developing concepts and ensuring documentation.
