Responsibilities
Develop and lead the company’s quality assurance and quality control strategy for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and legal requirements.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality performance and track progress.
Lead a team of quality control inspectors and engineers, providing training and guidance as needed.
Investigate major quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
Advanced knowledge of ISO standards and construction quality management systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
4 – 5 years relevant work experience.
In-depth knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations.
Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
