Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible quality control manager who will be in charge of all the affairs of the restaurant.
You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager’s working life and communication.
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the restaurant.
Ensure all occupants abide by the restaurant policy

Job Description
Monitoring food handling, storage, and preparation to prevent contamination.
Verifying that dishes are prepared according to recipes and preparation standards.
Checking the quality and freshness of ingredients received from suppliers.
Monitor raw materials usage, and ensure wastage is also controlled.
Overseeing the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment and dining areas.
Performance monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management with 3-5 years of work experience.
Knowledge of restaurant management systems and procedures.
Ability to multitask.
