Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and test products at various stages of production to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Document and report defects, deviations, or non-conformities and suggest corrective actions.
Operate testing equipment and instruments, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.
Monitor and enforce compliance with quality control policies and procedures.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.
Analyze and interpret quality data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct visual inspections and measurements to check product dimensions and aesthetics.
Ensure that products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in quality control or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiarity with quality control standards and testing methodologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of food production standards and regulations is an added advantage.
