Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and implement quality assurance standards
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions

Competence Requirements:

Attention to detail.
Problem analysis and problem solving.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in the banking industry or other related industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related technical field preferred

Added Advantages:

Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality.
Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma.
