Job Details
Assist in the preparation and submission of precise RFQs (Request for Quotation) to customers as requested.
Gather and compile essential data from various internal departments, including engineering and production, to finalize Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Monitor RFQ statuses within the CRM or ERP system, documenting updates and initiating customer follow-ups as necessary.
Enter customer orders with precision into the company’s ERP system.
Confirm that all order specifics correspond precisely with the terms outlined in Requests for Quotation and established customer contracts.
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to validate order timelines and delivery schedules.
Facilitate transparent communication regarding order progress to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries regarding RFQs, orders, and general product information.
Handle routine customer service inquiries and, when necessary, escalate unresolved or more intricate issues to senior staff or management for further resolution.
Document all customer interactions to ensure comprehensive records are available for future use.
Deliver precise product details and real-time order status information to customers, ensuring clarity and completeness in all communications.
Accurately document RFQs, orders, and all related correspondence within the CRM/ERP systems to ensure comprehensive record-keeping.
Compile concise reports summarizing sales performance metrics, including request for quotation (RFQ) results and order fulfillment efficiency metrics.

Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a closely related discipline is strongly preferred for this position.
Possessing prior experience in an administrative or customer service capacity is essential.
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is required.
Proficiency in the manufacturing sector is advantageous, though not mandatory.
