ROLE MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of this this role to audit Face-to-Face fieldwork methodology, interviewing process, quality standards adherence, interviewer code of conduct, by team of field supervisors and interviewers, on all assigned market research projects commissioned by all Kantar Brands (KTNS,KMB,KWP,KP) and provide timely feedback to improve the overall data quality.
KEY OUTCOMES
Ensuring In-field Quality Control practices – accompaniment, back-check and spot checks,
Ensuring minimum % of quality control across all the projects commissioned to KO
Compliance and conformance to regional / global/ Kantar/ industry best practices
Data Quality / Consistent delivery
Client Satisfaction
CAPABILITIES
Strong field operations experience with 3-4 years’ experience
Good knowledge of Market Research Process especially data collection methodologies, sampling,
Team management
