Detailed Description McKinsey is looking for an external consultant to join our team and support the government of Sierra Leone on implementation of their Ebola recovery plan. The work will be based in Sierra Leone, starting as soon as possible for around 8 months. The ideal candidate will have experience in Africa (or other developing countries), a passion for international development, consulting experience with a major firm (1-3 years), and deep expertise in the area of private sector driven economic development (especially in agricultural and rural development, SME support, public works programs). Desired Skills Experience:

Experience in private sector development including liaising with central government level or across district governments
Experience working at the Ministerial level with government in Africa
Ability to work well with stakeholders at various levels
Experience building capacity and transferring skills in a developing country context
