Key Responsibilities

Market Research: Identify public sector opportunities, analyze trends, and align strategies with company goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with government officials and attend industry events.
Sales & Lead Generation: Develop proposals, manage negotiations, and close deals.
Team Leadership: Train and guide business development executives.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and monitor policy changes.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of government procurement and decision-making processes.
Proven track record in public sector sales and deal closures.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to navigate government relations and build strategic partnerships.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field with nothing less than 2:2.
Professional certifications in business development, financial services, or public sector management are an added advantage.
