Job Description
To manage property comprising a 3 storey office block, cold rooms and warehouses
Manage the tenants and lease agreements.
Ensure optimum occupancy.
Maintain the facilities and ensure security of the premises,
Manage vendors
Qualification and Experience
University Degree; Professional qualification will be of added advantage.
Must have at least 10 years professional experience in Estate Management in a reputable organisation
