We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Supervisor with a background in civil engineering and hands-on experience in interior furniture.
The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of furniture production and installation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of interior furniture projects, from design to installation.
Conduct site audits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and production teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
Prepare and review project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and installers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Assess and resolve technical or structural challenges during production and installation.
Ensure the quality of furniture products and installations meets the company’s standards.
Prepare reports on project status, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations.
Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative practices to improve efficiency.
