Project Manager Snr. Creative Strategy Executive Procurement Lead Digital Trainee

Annual Gross Remuneration: 4.8M – 5.4M

Our client, a 360-degree Marketing Consult, Support, Strategy development and Business solutions company, is seeking to hire a competent and driven Project Manager to join its team. 

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, from planning and organising to staffing and directing resources, ensuring timely completion while aligning with client objectives.

The role holder will require strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication to drive successful project outcomes and foster long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

Leading and managing Experiential and Events Marketing Projects, ensuring valuable and long-term partnerships between the agency and its clients. 
Overseeing the end-to-end execution of projects, including product launches, advertising campaigns, and marketing activations, from concept to delivery. 
Ensuring a deep understanding of client briefs, objectives, and expectations while maintaining continuous client engagement. 
Coordinating all experiential marketing activities, ensuring seamless execution of brand marketing and communication strategies. 
Preparing and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports on experiential brand activities and project performance. 
Managing project teams and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. 
Organising event rehearsals to maintain high execution standards in line with client briefs. 
Managing schedules, route lists, and event logistics to ensure smooth project flow. 
Taking a hands-on approach in setting up and running events to guarantee flawless execution. 
Crafting and executing bespoke Marketing Communication solutions tailored to client needs. 
Developing production briefs and aligning all stakeholders before execution/
Providing comprehensive client reports after every engagement. 

Person Specification:

Bachelor’s degree / HND in Sciences, Social Sciences, or any related field with at least a second-class upper division (2.1) from a reputable institution. 
Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in experiential space or managing Projects in a leadership role.
Experience in a similar Marketing Activation industry. 
Excellent storytelling, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of Experiential Marketing.
Experience with Digital Marketing and Data Analysis skills.
Great communication and presentation skills.
