Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Mechanical Engineer to lead our mechanical engineering projects.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager – Mechanical Engineer who will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical engineering projects.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Project Execution: Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
Mechanical Engineering Expertise: Provide mechanical engineering expertise and guidance to project teams.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Budgeting and Cost Management: Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Certification: Registered Mechanical Engineer or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience: At least 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering and project management, preferably in the construction industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Should have COREN certification.
